Q. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
A. Unless an express service is selected all UK orders are sent by Royal Mail first class service with a delivery window of 2-3 working days. For further information on other delivery options including for international locations please see our Delivery & Returns page.

A. Yes. We now offer a complimentary tissue and ribbon gift wrap service. For a small further charge you can also select the gift box option for all scarf, tie and bow tie purchases. All silk items are packaged in Fox & Chave branded envelopes, with cuff links and jewellery items provided in gift boxes or bags as standard.

A. Yes. Fox & Chave gift vouchers are supplied digitally and are available in denominations of £10, £20, £50 and £100. You can purchase them here.
Q. WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR TIES?
A. Fox & Chave ties are hand finished so there is some variation, but we work to a standard length of 150cm/71" and a width at the widest point of the blade of 8cm/3".
Q. MY ORDER ISN'T QUITE WHAT I EXPECTED. CAN I RETURN IT?
A. Of course. Let us know via email at: enquiries@foxandchave.com within 28 days of delivery and we will be happy to help. You can read more about the full returns process here.
Q. I AM INTERESTED IN BUYING MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION. IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT AVAILABLE WHEN DOING THIS?
A. This depends on the item and how many units of that item you are looking to buy. Please email us at enquiries@foxandchave.com and let us know what you are considering purchasing.

Q. ARE YOUR SCARVES ALL MADE FROM THE SAME TYPE OF SILK?
A. No. Silk types include crêpe de chine, chiffon silk, habotai silk, and silk twill. The individual products will describe for you which type of silk has been used in its creation.
Q. WHERE ARE YOUR SCARVES AND TIES MADE?
A. Fox & Chave silk scarves and ties are made in the home of silk, the Zhejiang region of China.
Q. DO YOU MAKE TO ORDER?
A. We offer a bespoke service for ties, scarves and select jewellery items. Example minimum order quantities include 20 for pairs of cufflinks, 50 for woven silk ties and 100 for screen printed scarves. You can find out more information to help you place a bespoke order here.
Q. I HAVE READ THAT YOU OPERATE A LICENSING AND ROYALTY PROCESS THAT SUPPORTS THE ARTS. HOW DOES THIS WORK?
A. Fox & Chave develop bespoke products on behalf of museums, art galleries and heritage centres across the world, in addition to those available on our website. The sale of these items via our partners directly supports those institutions. In addition many Fox & Chave products inspired by the fine and decorative arts, history and nature use points of reference and images for which a license is held, contributions to which support the license holders which are often custodians of those art works. Finally, we collaborate from time to time with living artists and charitable organisations, with proceeds from sales being used to support them.
Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?
A. The Fox & Chave website accepts all major credit card payment options in addition to Apple Pay & Google Pay. The invoice payment option is ONLY for wholesale/trade orders and trade account customers who must select this option. Retail customers should complete the checkout process using another online payment method for the order to be processed and despatched.
Q. I MADE MY PURCHASE AND THEN YOUR WEBSITE ASKED ME TO UPLOAD A PICTURE. DO I HAVE TO DO THIS?
A. Only for custom jewellery items such as pendants or cuff links where you have been asked to provide us with your image for use in production of these items. The Image upload process appears only after a transaction is completed and it applies ONLY if you are ordering one of these personalised items.
